Most cadets arrive with no experience and leave airline-ready. Here is the climb, waypoint by waypoint.

01 · Departure

Discovery flight & medical

Take the controls on an introductory flight, then clear the EASA Class 1 medical every professional pilot needs.

02 · Climb

PPL & ATPL theory

Earn your private licence while working through the airline-transport theory that carries the rest of your career.

03 · Cruise

Hour building & CPL

Build real command time on cross-country flights, then convert it into the commercial licence.

04 · Approach

IR, multi-engine & MCC

Add instrument and multi-engine ratings, then fly as a crew in the jet simulator.

05 · Touchdown

Airline assessment support

Interview prep, sim coaching and introductions through our network — the last step before the right seat.

Flight operations

Someone has to hold the flight together.

Before an aircraft moves, a dispatcher has already flown it on paper — fuel, weight, weather, route. They share responsibility for the flight with the captain, and we train them to that standard.
